Description

"Canadian radio station, broadcasting at 91.9 FM in Mississauga, Ontario. The campus radio station of the University of Toronto at Mississauga, the station first broadcast in 1970. CNN’s J.D. Roberts (known as John Roberts) began his career at CFRE. Also, Joel Gibb ran a weekly show before going on to form The Hidden Cameras.

Committed to playing a diversity of music, CFRE focuses on both Canadian and independent music in all genres, including rock, alternative, hip hop, heavy metal, jazz, folk, and world music.
