Dhivehi FM youth entertainment radio channel

Description

Dhivehi FM is the music radio channel of Public Service Media in the Maldives. It is presented as an entertainment-focused station aimed mainly at youth audiences.

The channel was formed on 1 April 2006. Its programming is described as combining entertainment with public service messages and awareness issues.

Dhivehi FM is noted as the only local FM channel transmitted to more than 80 percent of the country via FM signals. This gives it a broad national reach within the Maldivian broadcasting landscape.
