Description

CallerOne is a Broadcast Bionics call-handling system for broadcasters. It is designed for radio stations and facilities that need a standalone talkshow workflow.

The product provides SIP-based phone lines, browser-based call management, call recording, call history, and notes. It supports up to 12 lines and integrates with Axia Livewire, Wheatnet, Telos VSet, and other console call controllers.

CallerOne is positioned for stations looking to move from POTS lines to SIP without changing established studio workflows. The page also notes support for remote guests through the Anywhere Web-RTC client.

The system is intended for use with Windows PCs and IP audio workflows, with an option to work with non-IP audio through a multichannel soundcard. It is presented as suitable for studios already using Axia or Wheatnet consoles, as well as facilities needing a browser-based alternative to dedicated hardware.
