NBC Wato FM Rukavango service with regional language output

Description

Wato FM is the NBC radio service for Rukavango audiences in Namibia. The official station page says it started broadcasting on 13 December 1976. Public station information states that the service mainly broadcasts in Rukwangali, Rumanyo or Rugciriku, and Thimbukushu.
