98 FM is Tonga's first women-led community radio station, established in 2011 to promote women, peace, and security through community dialogue.

The station operates as a not-for-profit platform using suitcase radio technology, enabling women and youth to discuss local and national issues in a supportive environment.

It is a collaborative project supported by FemLINKPACIFIC and international aid organizations, broadcasting on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 3pm.

The station focuses on topics such as gender policies, domestic violence, human rights, and governance, aiming to empower women and foster community leadership.
