"Progressive, independent, non-profit radio station founded in 1978 in Nevada City, CA transmits at 89.5 MHz FM and via a translator on Mt. Pluto that covers Truckee, CA and the northern end of the Lake Tahoe region at 105.1 MHz FM. KVMR also streams their live on-air broadcast 24/7 via their web site at kvmr.org.
